Building an image and booting a target with it is a fundamental component of VxWorks development.  This set of topics covers building images using source build (VSB) and kernel image (VIP) projects, booting into VxWorks with VxWorks and U-boot bootloaders, and configuring your bootloader to load your image and be prepared to connect to Workbench.
